It’s a new season for Montezuma High School football with a new head coach. Pat O’Brien takes charge of the Braves after serving as an assistant last year. The No Coast Network asked O’Brien what the Braves strong point would be.
“I think the strong point will be our team speed. We haven’t really played anyone yet, so I can’t judge our speed based on what we have here. The kids look kind of fast, so hopefully it’s our team speed.”
Montezuma finished 2-7 last season. The Braves kick off the 2019 football season August 23 at Southeast Warren.
